At higher magnification the more regular round spaces are seen to be surrounded by cells that still show some pleomorphism. This is DUCTAL HYPERPLASIA WITH ATYPIA (DHA). Not all criteria for carcinoma in-situ are present so it is a "borderline" lesion. |
